Dear Families,
We have two important required forms that each student and their parents need to sign for this school year. Our goal is to have these forms signed by Parent/Teacher conferences. But we know how valuable that conference time is, and don't want to use the time to gather signatures, so we're hoping to have all forms completed ahead of time.
Please click here to review and/or print the
Appropriate Technology Use form and the
Title Compact form. Your student's teacher may send home a paper copy. In addition, we will have staff available in the lobby during conferences to gather those signatures (hard copies will be available at the school during conferences).
Because this information is so important, we want to make sure every family reviews it (and preferably signs and returns) prior to conferences.
